Promotional and Advertising Material Review
Health Authorities regulate promotional materials and activities that companies engage in or sponsor and intend to influence the prescription and use of a drug product. All promotional content should comply with international and national guidelines relating to the promotion of medicines laid down by the European Union (EU) and local Health Authorities.
The nature of these promotional materials varies per company but usually includes advertisements, brochures, websites, mailings, conference booths, educational materials, and company/product presentations.
