Michail Vinogradov – LLM
Michail Vinogradov has over 15 years of experience in medical devices testing and registration in Russia and CIS region countries. Michail graduated from Moscow Medical Academy with a specialization in Public Health and had a post-graduation course in radiological safety. He started his career in the medical devices sector as a junior researcher concentrating on safety testing and local standards development. After that, he became a medical device regulatory specialist in manufacturing and consulting companies. In 2020 he graduated from Moscow Law Academy with a specialization in Health Law and got an LLM in EAEU medical devices legislation.
