Aileen Fisher – MBA
Aileen is a senior executive and leader with more than 25 years in the Pharmaceutical and Life Sciences sector. She is an effective change agent who is proven in department set up, restructuring and transformation through growth or retraction of teams and is known for identifying and resolving problems in organisation, structure and process. Aileen is an effective business leader with a strong commercial understanding. Aileen is a registered pharmacist in the UK and a member of The Organisation for the Profession of Regulatory Affairs (TOPRA), where she acted as a Board member for 4 years and won the 2021 TOPRA award for Inspiration. Aileen completed an executive MBA from the University of Cambridge in May 2022.
