Join our IT team as UI/UX Specialist.
UI/UX Specialist is responsible for identifying new opportunities to create better user experiences, branding strategies to ensure that the end-to-end journey of our customers with their products or services meets desired outcomes.
Position is in Lithuania.
Responsibilities:
• Own user experience and design of B2B platform for Medical Information
• Collaborate with product development/management teams to create and deliver features that reduce user friction and build trust with the brand
• Combine knowledge from product metrics, user research
• Mentorship to other team members to help elevate the design of our product
• Propose and sketch out a range of visual concepts both on paper and using software applications
• Create user personas, user journeys, and site maps
• Translate concepts into wireframes, prototypes
• Create responsive, accessible user experience solutions
Requirements:
• Proven experience in product design (both UX and UI) with examples of shipped products
• Understanding of how to design systems are created, implemented and maintained
• Experience working with Figma
• Experience in leading and mentoring product designers is an advantage
• Lo-fi and hi-fi prototyping and designing usable and intuitive solutions
• Ability to present and articulate design decisions
• Time management and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently and in a team
