Join our international growing team as Head of Project Management.

Head of PM is responsible for Project Management team’s performance and oversight, Full projects’ delivery oversight, improvements, and innovation of Project Management service.

The position is in Europe.

Responsibilities:

• Lead, direct, and be accountable for the overall performance and delivery of full-service projects.
• Seek improvement in project management processes, advise/initiate development of SOPs and required supporting documents and templates, provide guidance to the project management team to ensure that industry best-practice standards in operational excellence and customer ‘s expectations are met.
• Lead and develop the Project Management team: ensure adequate resources, administrative oversight, training and professional development, regular performance evaluation and management.
• Maintain adequate communication with Clients. Manage and make decisions about customer feedback.
• Design project management service to align with industry project management best practices.
• Direct the execution of clinical projects as per the contract while optimizing speed, quality and cost of delivery and ensuring consistent use of study tools and training materials and compliance with standard processes, policies, and procedures.
• Set objectives of the project team according to agreed-upon contract, strategy, and approach, effectively communicate and assess performance.
• Collaborate with other functional groups within the company where necessary to support milestone achievement and to manage study issues and obstacles.
• Select and implement project management tools and systems that scale with growth and complexity of function and company.
• Direct, supervise and manage project budget(s) to meet financial and company goals.
• Co-development in line with Business Development team and implementation of marketing strategy and preparation of project proposals (including participation in bid defense meetings, upon needs).

Requirements:

• Preferably university degree in Medicine, Pharmacy, Health Science, Life Science, Biomedicine field/studies.
• Experience in Clinical research field at least 10 years.
• Project management or team management experience.
• Proficient English Language skills.
• Experience in projects budgeting.
• Familiarity with standard business and eClinical systems used in Clinical Research – such as CTMS, EDC, IXRS, TMF and project planning tools.Good management, leading, communication, presentation skills.
• Ability to solve complex tasks, drive initiatives, own problems & solutions.
• Ability to work independently and demonstrate the initiative to find solutions, prioritize and exercise discretion.
