Head of IT is responsible for ensuring highest IT support standards and ensuring highest quality and efficiency in IT project management.
Position is in Lithuania.
Responsibilities:
Ensure integration, communication, and efficiency between IT sub-departments and between IT and other departments. Overview how digital information flows inside and outside the company. Standardize procedures and develop IT related SOPs and WINs. Overview of current technical solutions and applications. Budget for IT related systems maintenance, licenses, development & implementation. Technology, Infrastructure, Applications, Cybersecurity risk assessment and management. Support and participate in cross-departmental company projects. Ensure companies effectiveness and competitiveness with Automation, Artificial Intelligence, State-of-Art Systems and Strategies. Ensure highest IT support-related standards by defining and tracking KPIs. Ensure most efficient IT-related projects lifecycle from beginning till the end.
Requirements:
5+ years professional hands-on experience with IT-related projects management. 2+ years in management position (e.g., CTO, Head of IT, Head of IT subdepartment, etc.). Good management, leading, communication, presentation skills. Ability to solve complex tasks, drive initiatives, own problems & solutions. Lead and own projects closely and with passion from beginning to the end. Strong coordination and organizational skills and ability to prioritize tasks. Ability to work independently and demonstrate the initiative to find solutions, prioritize and exercise
