Join us as a Business Development Manager/Director for Clinical Operations and Early Phase Unit sales.

Business Development Professional is responsible for Clinical Operations and Early Phase Unit direct sales and account management activities.

Position is in Europe

Responsibilities:

• Attract new business opportunities for Clinical Operations and Early Phase Unit
• Perform lead generation activities, attract new clients and build strong relationships
• Prepare for bid defence meetings and lead them
• Create and maintain account plans of the assigned clients
• Achieve the assigned sales goals
• Initiate and lead client meetings
• Represent the company at professional conferences and events
• Support execution of sales strategy and sales plans
• Maintain company’s CRM system

Requirements:

• University degree in Business or Life Science field
• 5 years of experience in sales (clinical trials, early phases)
• Fluent English language
• Knowledge of sales relevant systems, e.g. SalesForce (advantage)
• Self-confidence, excellent communication and presentation skills
• Strong organizational and leadership skills
• Teamwork and ownership
