Business Development Associate is responsible for direct sales and account management activities in Regulatory Affairs, Pharmacovigilance and Medical Information services.
Position is in any EU country.
Responsibilities:
• Attract new clients and build strong relationships
• Collect information and fill in RFI questionnaires
• Coordinate RFPs of the assigned accounts
• Support preparation and participate in bid defence meetings
• Create account plans of the assigned clients and proactively maintain them
• Participate and present the company in client meetings
• Maintain company‘s CRM system
• Serve as a back-up for other employees in case of their absence
• Perform other duties relevant to the company activities and objectives, as assigned
Requirements:
• University degree in Life Science, Business or another field
• Up to 3-years of experience in sales or account management role in similar field
• Fluent English language
• Proficient knowledge in MS Office
• Knowledge of sales relevant systems is an advantage, e.g. SalesForce
• Self-confidence, excellent communication and presentation skills
• Strong organizational and time-management skills
• Teamwork and ownership
